• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs through your account.
• HomesPH may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where accounts appear fraudulent, misleading, abusive, inactive under policy, or in violation of platform rules.
• If you believe your account has been compromised, you should notify HomesPH promptly and take immediate steps to secure your credentials.

HomesPH hosts property-related content and platform information to help users explore opportunities, but does not guarantee that all listings, prices, or availability remain unchanged at all times.

• Property details, images, prices, availability, and related descriptions may be supplied by users, partners, or third parties and can change without notice.
• HomesPH may review, organize, or remove content for quality, compliance, moderation, safety, or operational reasons, but cannot guarantee every listing is complete or error-free.
• Users should independently verify key property details, ownership, legal status, financing, and transaction terms before making decisions or commitments.
• HomesPH reserves the right to decline, edit, unpublish, or restrict content that appears misleading, unlawful, duplicative, harmful, or inconsistent with platform standards.

Use of the platform must remain lawful, respectful, and technically safe. Any activity that harms users, systems, or data may lead to immediate restriction.

• You may not misuse the platform for fraud, harassment, impersonation, scraping beyond permitted use, spam, malware distribution, or unauthorized data extraction.
• You may not upload false, defamatory, infringing, obscene, unlawful, or deceptive content, or attempt to manipulate rankings, inquiries, or platform outcomes.
• You may not interfere with system security, bypass access controls, reverse engineer restricted services, or disrupt normal operation for others.
• HomesPH may investigate violations and cooperate with legal or regulatory authorities when needed to protect users, the business, or the public.

HomesPH retains rights in the platform design, branding, software, and original site content, while users remain responsible for the material they submit and the rights attached to it.

• The HomesPH brand, site design, text, graphics, software, and related materials are protected by intellectual property and applicable law.
• Users must have the right to upload any content they submit and must not post materials that infringe another party's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.
• By submitting content, you grant HomesPH the permissions reasonably necessary to host, display, distribute, review, and operate that content within the platform experience.
• Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of HomesPH intellectual property to platform users or third parties.

HomesPH provides the platform on an as-available basis and does not promise uninterrupted service, transaction outcomes, or legal or investment guarantees.

• HomesPH does not provide legal, tax, financial, or investment advice and does not replace independent professional review for property transactions.
• To the extent permitted by law, HomesPH disclaims warranties regarding uninterrupted access, platform availability, listing accuracy, specific outcomes, or suitability for a particular purpose.
• HomesPH is not responsible for disputes, agreements, payments, representations, or conduct between users, partners, advertisers, or third-party service providers.
• Where applicable law allows, liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from platform use is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

These terms are intended to be interpreted under Philippine law, with platform questions and notices directed to HomesPH through official support channels.

• Any platform dispute, claim, or interpretation issue will be governed by applicable laws and regulations of the Philippines, unless otherwise required by law.
• HomesPH may revise, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when necessary for product improvement, maintenance, compliance, or risk management.
• If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted.
